Realtor Websites that work

I see a huge void in this market and wanted to address it and help Realtors get all the leads they want.  I see a lot of people offering Websites that don't work for Realtors. having a successful website requires it being seen by a lot of potential clients in your area.  Dominating an area with your site can make you a fortune. Your are busy enough doing your Real Estate business and really don't want to deal with all the information needed to be on the 1st page of Google

I know that your brokerage has some tools that you can use to get you on the internet. Those tools are great if you have the time to both learn them and use them.  My brokerage uses Listing to Leads software and it is good but not easy to learn.  That is why I invented this Website system that will change your business and get you more quality leads in your area.The great thing about it we do all the work for you on the marketing end.

I had a area in central Phoenix that I purchased and sold 100's of homes.  I got both the buy and sell commissions in most of those listings. The Commissions I made was more than you know.  These properties averaged in the mid $200,000.  Imagine getting listings an auto pilot. That is what I had in fact a lady called me to see a home and just wanted to meet me because I had so many listings in that area.

That was before the internet.  I used my signs to generate business in that area.  Having a website is like a 24 hour sign whether it is on your yard sign or more importantly it is on the internet.

Looking professional is being on page 1 of Google in your area. Page one of Google you can really get a lot of clients through your site and dominate your area. It also shows you know what your doing in marketing and that alone will close deals.  I will also be sending you a weekly  newsletter that keeps you informed on the marketing trends and how you as a Realtor can profit from it.

Getting all the hits you need from the targeted areas you are in can make you a ton of commissions and you will build your own massive network in your area.

I have one Realtor in my area that has purchased 3 properties from me. She has the right buyers for the areas I sell in.  So she is part of my network that gets first look at my listings. You also get used to what the agent looks for and how they handle their clients. Getting the right website and being on page 1 of Google is less than you think.
